Coaching and Mentoring

Each coaching and mentoring package is tailored to suit the specific needs of our clients and may include advice, guidance, tuition and instruction in a variety of contexts. Specific outcomes are determined with the client which means that our clients know they are receiving individually designed programmes to achieve their goals.

We will coach directors in consideration of the longer term strategic view. giving them the opportunity to talk through their ideas in a ‘safe’ environment, and provide an impartial, objective and balanced view.

We will mentor owner/managers who sometimes have no one else with whom to discuss their ideas and issues.

We will coach and mentor individuals or a team who need to enhance their performance.
