Budgeting and Forecasting
At the beginning of each Financial Year every business should prepare
their budget, which is an estimate of what they anticipate to be
earning and spending in the year ahead. Consideration should be
given to the prevailing market conditions, the economy, production
costs, and to what your competition are doing. The budget should
be your measure to determine how well the business is performing
against target.
The ability to compare year to date performance against budget,
is an important tool in assessing the viability of your current
business plan, and implementing changes to ensure your success.
Ask The Business Development Experience to help
you put together your budget and ensure that you have as accurate
a view of your business as possible. We will also guide you in considering
the effects of particularly sensitive aspects of your performance.
